Pneumatic diaphragm pump is a volumetric conveying equipment powered by compressed air, which drives the reciprocating motion of the diaphragm plates on both sides through alternating compressed air to achieve medium conveying. Its unsealed design and fully pneumatic driving characteristics make it inherently explosion-proof and safe, suitable for flammable and explosive environments such as chemical and mining industries. This pump can handle high viscosity (such as ceramic glaze), solid particles, or highly corrosive media (such as pesticides, acid-base solutions), and can automatically shut down for protection when idling. Its vertical self-priming capacity can reach 5.23 meters. The core components include corrosion-resistant diaphragm sheets (nitrile rubber, fluororubber, etc.), engineering plastics/stainless steel pump bodies, and air valve systems. The new technology converts the energy of exhaust gas into water pressure through exhaust gas recovery and pressurization devices, increasing energy efficiency by 15% -20%. The intelligent floating ball linkage valve can also achieve unmanned drainage operation.
