Product Description

Stainless steel self-priming pump is a special pump optimized based on the principle of centrifugal pump. It achieves "dry start" through a unique gas-liquid mixing and separation structure, without the need for water injection or installation of bottom valves. Its core components (pump body, impeller, etc.) are made of 304/316L stainless steel, which combines corrosion resistance and structural strength, and is suitable for complex medium transportation.

Working principle: Before starting, a small amount of liquid is pre stored in the pump chamber, and the impeller rotates to form negative pressure, which mixes the gas and liquid in the suction pipeline; After the gas-liquid mixture enters the separation chamber, the gas escapes and the liquid flows back to the impeller to participate in mixing again. It circulates until the gas is exhausted and enters the normal water delivery state.

Structural composition: including motor, stainless steel pump body, impeller (flexible or rigid design), mechanical seal, gas-liquid separation chamber. Specially designed volutes or diffusion tubes enhance self-priming efficiency, and quick detachable structures facilitate cleaning.
