Its core operation involves two or more synchronized, counter-rotating rotors (e.g., lobe, tri-lobe, or elastic) meshing within a precision-engineered cavity. This action creates a continuous, non-pulsating flow by periodically expanding and contracting volumes to gently entrap, transfer, and discharge product.

Structural Feature
1 The high viscosity pump mainly consists of inner and outer rotors, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, brackets, seals, bearings, etc.

3. The rotation speed of the high viscosity pump has a linear functional relationship with the flow rate. The rotation speed can be appropriately changed to change the flow rate of the pump.
