Product Description
1. KCB gear oil pump is suitable for transporting various lubricating liquids with a temperature not exceeding 70 ºC. If a high temperature of 200 ºC is required, contact our unit and use high-temperature resistant packing seals to achieve the transportation of high-temperature liquids with a viscosity of 5 × 10-5~1.5 × 10-3m2/s. (5-1500cst)
2. KCB gear pumps are not suitable for transporting corrosive, hard particle or fiber containing, highly evaporated, or low flash point liquids such as gasoline, benzene, etc. (If the pump uses copper gears, it can be used for gasoline; if the pump uses stainless steel, it can transport corrosive liquids. Please specify when ordering!)
Scope of application
Can be used as a transmission and booster pump in oil transportation systems;
A fuel pump that can be used for delivery, pressurization, and injection in the fuel system;
In the industrial field, it can be used as a lubricating oil pump.
The KCB stainless steel gear pump mainly consists of gears, shafts, pump bodies, safety valves, and shaft end seals. Gears have high hardness and strength after heat treatment, and are installed together with the shaft in a replaceable shaft sleeve for operation. The lubrication of all parts inside the pump is automatically achieved through the use of the output medium during pump operation. The KCB stainless steel gear pump has well-designed oil discharge and return grooves, which reduce the torque force that the gears bear during operation, resulting in low bearing load, minimal wear, and high pump efficiency.
The KCB stainless steel gear pump is equipped with a safety valve as load protection. The full reflux pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure of the pump, and can also be adjusted according to actual needs within the allowable discharge pressure range. However, please note that this safety valve cannot be used for long-term operation as a pressure reducing valve. If necessary, it can be installed separately on the pipeline.
When viewed from the extended end of the main shaft towards the pump, it rotates clockwise.
